The highest amount of block/crude granite was exported to Germany, up from the $3.3 million in 2001 to $4.5 million or 38%.
Exports to Italy were not as high, only improving by 11% from $491,000 to $545,000.
Greece was third with $339,000 of exports, whereas exports to Switzerland, in fourth place, slid by 16% down from the $204,000 of 2001 to $171,000.
Total block/crude granite exports for 2002 ended up with a 35% upturn from $4.4 million to $5.9 million.
