2002 natural stone exports to the United States were 48% higher than the $64 million of the previous year, $94 million.
Exports from the Aegean free zone and to China reached 26 and 23 million dollars respectively, up by 103% and 82%.

Exports to Israel, in fourth place, were $19 million, only 8.5% more than the $17.6 million of 2001.

The difference in total natural stone exports from 2001 to 2002 was 35%, correspondingly $223.5 million and $303 million.
