Jan. 11, 2007 (China Knowledge) – Sony China has appointed Haruyasu Nagata as its new president.

Nagatha will also be the chairman and vice president at unit Sony Marketing of China. Before undertaking this new position, Nagatha was heading Sony consumer electronics business in the Asia Pacific, Middle East and Europe.

Seiichi Kawasaki, former president of Sony China, has been named vice president of Sony Supply Chain Solutions in Japan.
