MTV networks and Huiyuan Group enter strategic partnership

Jan. 23, 2007 (China Knowledge) – MTV Networks China and China's Huiyuan Juice have formed a partnership to link two brands in on-air and other advertising throughout 2007.

Under the partnership, Huiyuan Juice will sponsor all of MTV China's events, culminating in the beverage supplier becoming the first sponsor of the 2007 MTV Style Gala in Shanghai.

Financial details of the agreement were not provided.

Huiyuan recently launched “Huiyuan First Listen”, a segment featured daily on MTV’s show “Tian Lai Cun”, which promotes China's most popular music videos and music news.

Founded in 1992, Huiyuan Juice Holdings is China’s largest juice maker with owns 20 processing facilities in the Mainland. Over the past few years, the Beijing-based company also tops the domestic market in terms of sales revenue and sales quantity in the juice-processing industry. Apart from the domestic sales channel, the firm also sells 400 products in 20 countries outside China.
