Feb. 6, 2007 (China Knowledge) – CDC Corp.’s <CHINA> subsidiary China.com announced the acquisition of a 5% stake in Beijing Menllo Network Science Limited, the owner and operator of online community Menllo.com.

Under the terms of the agreement, China.com will provide Menllo.com with strategic market coverage for one year. China.com will have the right to appoint a director to the Board of Menllo, and will have the option to increase its holdings in Menllo.

China.com is a leading Internet services provider in China, while Menllo.com is an online platform that allows its users to share music, videos, journals, photos and whiteboards.
