China Voice completes acquisition of BTSE

Feb. 13, 2007 (China Knowledge) – China Voice Holding Corp. (CHVC) <CHVC> a telecommunications provider for China and U.S. announced on Friday that the acquisition of Beijing Techview System Engineering (BTSE) has been completed.


CHVC’s move is part of the strategy to take advantage of the massive China Market.
