Feb. 23, 2007 (China Knowledge) – China China will remain as the top investment spot for Singapore businesses for the next two years at least, according to a survey by Singapore’s Business Times and SIM University.

According to the survey, which polled 131 Singaporean firms, 97 of which had business overseas - China came out as the country which had the best investment prospects for the next two years. China clinched 29% of the votes from the companies, while Vietnam came in at second place, with 13% of the votes.

The fast-growing United Arab Emirates received 10% of the votes as investment destination of choice in the next two years, in a notable change from the previous results, where 7.4% of respondents cited Malaysia and Indonesia.
