Feb. 27, 2007 (China Knowledge) – Beauty China Holdings Ltd. <B15>, a brand management company of color cosmetics and skincare products in China, announced that net profit for the fiscal 2006 increased by 22.9% year-on-year to a record high of HK$134.7 million.

Boosted by its expansion in the Mainland to more than 1,355 retail outlets, Beauty China’s revenue surged 34.6% year-on-year to HK$466.6 million. Fully diluted earnings per ordinary share increased from HK$0.319 to HK$0.382.

The company, which is listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange, manages the brands Colour Zone and CharmingLady in the Mainland, Hong Kong and Macau.
